Our appointments are between 45 - 90 minutes long, depending on the type of visit. We are grateful to have this time to hear your full story and to truly individualize care.

We are in-network with most insurance except Kaiser and Medicare. However, some companies (like moda, providence, and ohp for example) have a quirky plan that’s excluded.
